Return Policy
[Last updated: May 30, 2025 This policy applies to all purchases made on www.leisureappweb.it, managed by Alarm Sistem SRLS, with registered office in Via Casavetere 150, 03014 Fiuggi (FR), VAT number 04789970616. 1. Return times You have the right to request the return of the products purchased within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason. The right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code remains valid within the first 14 days of delivery. 2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary:
- Send a written communication to the address leisure.appweb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product
- Indicate the order number, customer data and the product for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
Alternatively, you can request the Standard Withdrawal Form by writing to the same email address.
The customer must return the goods within further 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, at your own expense, in intact conditions and in the original packaging.
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days , using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Warranty Conditions

The guarantee covers **defects of conformity** found within **24 months from the delivery date** for private consumers. For business customers or those with VAT numbers, the **12 month** warranty applies, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer. The Wallet is a virtual tool available in the Leisure reserved area. They can be used to obtain discounts on future orders but **are not convertible into cash**. The Leisure team evaluates the proposal and communicates to the seller: - Acceptance or rejection - Possible auction base or recommended price 3. The inclusion of products in this section is subject to acceptance of these conditions. --- ### 1. PRODUCT PUBLICATION - Sellers must send a request to Leisure with: - Original product photos - Detailed description - Basic auction proposal or fixed price - All content is **rated by Leisure** before publication. - Publication is **at the discretion of the editorial staff**, who can reject products without having to provide reasons. --- ### 2. SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY - The seller guarantees to be the **legitimate owner** of the property put up for sale. - responsible for the **truthfulness of the information** provided and the absence of hidden defects. - the sale of counterfeit, stolen or illegal items is prohibited. --- ### 3.
